I believed every threat. I barely saw a judge.
I've stood exactly where you're standing. Every time he said "I'm going to tell the judge," I believed it. My body went into survival mode. I lost sleep, lost focus, and nearly lost myself over things that, in the end, never unfolded the way I feared they would.
What I needed back then wasn't another appointment to process how I felt, and it wasn't more hours on my legal bill. I needed someone beside me who understood high conflict, could help me separate the facts from the fear, and walk me through my options and what I could do next.
I started coaching in 2020, before divorce coaching was widely recognized or understood in the way it is today. In 2022, I became formally certified in high-conflict divorce & custody coaching, building on more than a decade of learning about conflict, trauma, family dynamics and the patterns that can keep people stuck.
Since then, I've worked alongside people navigating incredibly difficult situations, helping them become more organized, prepared, strategic, and confident in the decisions they make.
Now I'm widening the door: I'm training in Alternative Dispute Resolution so I can support the collaborative, lower-conflict journeys too. Because whether your divorce is a war or just overwhelming, the panic feels the same at 2 a.m. — and the plan is what changes everything.
