Divorce Conflict Solutions Inc. ("Divorce Conflict Solutions", "we", "us") provides divorce and custody coaching from Calgary, Alberta, to clients in Canada and around the world. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
If you give us your mobile number and tick the text message consent box, we may send you texts about your bookings, such as confirmations, reminders and reschedule notices. Message frequency varies with your bookings. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text. Our reminder number is send-only and is not monitored, so to reach us please call or text 587-837-0631 or email [email protected].
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except the service providers that deliver the messages on our behalf.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (for example our booking, email, texting, video meeting and payment platforms), and only as needed for them to provide their service. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Some of these providers store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Coaching conversations are treated as confidential, subject to legal limits, such as a risk of harm to you or others.
