Thinking About It
You are not sure yet. You need a safe, judgment-free space to get clear on what you want, what is possible, and what comes next if you decide to move forward.
In the Process
Paperwork, negotiations, parenting plans, court dates. We help you prepare, communicate effectively, and make decisions from a strategic perspective instead of stress.
In High Conflict
Your ex will not cooperate, or worse. This is our specialty. We coach you through post-separation abuse, court manipulation tactics, and parenting with a high-conflict ex.
Rebuilding After
The papers are signed, but the work is not over. We help you set boundaries, co-parent sustainably, and build the life that comes next.
Divorce coaching is not legal advice, and that is exactly why it travels. Wherever you live, the emotional patterns, the communication battles, and the high conflict tactics look remarkably similar. We work with clients around the world through secure video sessions, scheduled across time zones to fit your life.
Based in Canada. Available worldwide.

Shattered Silence
When silence becomes survival. I help you break free from isolation and rebuild your voice after emotional abuse.

Stolen Freedom
Financial Abuse is about control, not cash. I help you recognize the patterns and reclaim your independence.

Weaponized Justice
When the system meant to protect you turns against you, I help you document, prepare, and protect your peace.

The Perfect Lie
To the outside world, they were charming. To you, they were cruel. I help you make sense of the double life you lived.

Living in Fear
Harassment leaves invisible bruises. I help you create safety and validate your fear, even when others don't.

Erased and Discarded
Coercive control sidelines your role as a parent. I help you stay grounded and fight for your place in your child's life.

Not sure whether to stay or go? We help you think it through calmly, understand your options, gain clarity about what you truly want, and make informed decisions about your future with confidence, on your timeline.
Understand what is coming, prepare your documentation, and walk into every meeting and hearing organized and steady. If your ex is using the court process as a weapon, we teach you how to respond without taking the bait.
Learn to communicate with your ex in ways that protect you, document clearly, and keep negotiations moving. Includes proven methods for responding to hostile, baiting, or manipulative messages.
Build a parenting arrangement that actually works day-to-day. When your co-parent is high conflict, we help you create structure that minimizes contact, conflict, and chaos for your children.
Our core specialty. If you are dealing with ongoing control, harassment, financial abuse, or manipulation of the children after separation, we coach you through recognizing the patterns and responding strategically.
Your divorce is a chapter, not the whole story. Through mindset coaching, boundary work, practical planning, and personalized support, we help you rebuild your confidence, rediscover your direction, and move forward with clarity into the life you are creating next
No pressure. Just a conversation about where you are and how we can help.
Sessions are available worldwide via secure video, scheduled across time zones.

Disclaimer: As a certified high-conflict divorce specialist , my mission is to educate and support healthy, protective co-parents experiencing post-separation abuse by helping them recognize patterns of behavior and develop strategies to respond effectively in contested custody cases and co-parenting situations. While various factors, social dynamics, and psychological conditions contribute to patterns of abuse, survivors often find behaviors associated with Cluster B personality disorders—such as narcissistic personality disorder (NPD), borderline personality disorder (BPD), and antisocial personality disorder—especially relatable. However, I do not diagnose or provide mental health treatment. I have both professional and lived experience with domestic violence and post-separation abuse, but I am not a lawyer and do not provide legal advice. My guidance is based on education, experience, and research, but it should not replace legal, psychological, or therapeutic services. My work is guided by the belief that children’s emotional and physical well-being should take priority in custody decisions. While domestic violence can affect all genders, research indicates that it remains a gendered issue in many cases.
