Why Coaching Works When You Are Feeling Stuck

Maybe you are just beginning to wonder if divorce is the right path. Maybe you are deep in paperwork and negotiations. Or maybe this is not just a divorce; it is a nightmare, and you are dealing with someone who twists your words, dodges responsibility, and uses your child to push buttons. High-conflict situations are my specialty, and every stage of divorce is my work.

Your Personal Roadmap to Resolution

  • Get clear on your decision and your options

  • Set boundaries and draft communication that works

  • Build your divorce portfolio and prepare for court

  • Strategically plan your next legal, emotional, and financial move

A Community That Gets It

Divorce can be the loneliest season of your life. It does not have to be. We are building a private, worldwide membership community for people at every stage of divorce, with a home base for those facing high conflict. This is not a support group. It is a place for real tools, real strategy, and real momentum.

What is included:

  • Live coaching every week. Free live sessions for members throughout each week. Bring your real situation, leave with a plan.

  • Events and workshops. Regular member events and expert workshops throughout the year, all online, all time zones welcome.

  • A worldwide circle. Members from everywhere, because high conflict divorce speaks every language.

Self-paced courses and guided programs are in development now, built from the exact strategies I use with private clients. Still Have Questions?

You’re not the only one. Here’s what most people ask before getting started:

What does a divorce coach actually do?

A divorce coach helps you think clearly, communicate strategically, prepare for legal processes, and manage the emotional weight of divorce. I do not replace your lawyer. I make you a calmer, more prepared, more strategic client.

Do you only work with high-conflict cases?

No. High conflict divorce and post separation abuse are my specialty, and that expertise makes me a stronger coach for every kind of divorce. Wherever you are in your journey, you are in the right place.

Do you work with clients outside Canada?

Yes. All coaching is virtual and I work with clients around the world. Because coaching is not legal advice, it works no matter where your divorce is taking place.

When does the community open?

Doors open in Fall 2026. The founding member list gets first access, lifetime founding pricing, and a voice in what we build. Joining the list is free, with no obligation.

Is the community a support group?

No. It is a membership community built around action: weekly live coaching, courses, events, and connection with people moving forward, not just venting.

Ready to Feel Steady Again?

If you’re tired of the chaos, second-guessing, or emotional spirals, this is your first step toward something better.

LEGAL DISCLAIMER

Disclaimer: As a certified high-conflict divorce specialist , my mission is to educate and support healthy, protective co-parents experiencing post-separation abuse by helping them recognize patterns of behavior and develop strategies to respond effectively in contested custody cases and co-parenting situations. While various factors, social dynamics, and psychological conditions contribute to patterns of abuse, survivors often find behaviors associated with Cluster B personality disorders—such as narcissistic personality disorder (NPD), borderline personality disorder (BPD), and antisocial personality disorder, especially relatable. However, I do not diagnose or provide mental health treatment. I have both professional and lived experience with domestic violence and post-separation abuse, but I am not a lawyer and do not provide legal advice. My guidance is based on education, experience, and research, but it should not replace legal, psychological, or therapeutic services. My work is guided by the belief that children’s emotional and physical well-being should take priority in custody decisions. While domestic violence can affect all genders, research indicates that it remains a gendered issue in many cases.
