LEGAL DISCLAIMER

Disclaimer: As a certified high-conflict divorce specialist , my mission is to educate and support healthy, protective co-parents experiencing post-separation abuse by helping them recognize patterns of behavior and develop strategies to respond effectively in contested custody cases and co-parenting situations. While various factors, social dynamics, and psychological conditions contribute to patterns of abuse, survivors often find behaviors associated with Cluster B personality disorders—such as narcissistic personality disorder (NPD), borderline personality disorder (BPD), and antisocial personality disorder—especially relatable. However, I do not diagnose or provide mental health treatment. I have both professional and lived experience with domestic violence and post-separation abuse, but I am not a lawyer and do not provide legal advice. My guidance is based on education, experience, and research, but it should not replace legal, psychological, or therapeutic services. My work is guided by the belief that children’s emotional and physical well-being should take priority in custody decisions. While domestic violence can affect all genders, research indicates that it remains a gendered issue in many cases.
